Patrolman Jeffrey Algor received a report of fraud from a resident in the 700 block of Ocean Avenue.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the 2400 block or Third Avenue, Angela Prudhomme 38, Brooklyn, NY and Raymond Jolicoeur 51, Brooklyn, NY were arrested by Officer William Noble.  Prudhomme was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana.  Jolicoeur was charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana; possession of a controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.

Carlos Almanzar 29, Toms River was arrested by Patrolman Michael Palmer in the 1200 block of Ocean Avenue.  Almanzar was charged with simple assault.

Sergeant Patrick Gilroy received a report of fraud from a resident in the 100 block of Atlantic Avenue.

Officer William Noble received a report of criminal mischief to a business in the 1400 block of Third Avenue.

Officer Ryan Zacco received a report of criminal mischief on the boardwalk in the are of Essex Avenue.

Patrolman William Kelly responded to the 700 block of Ocean Avenue for a reported burglary.

Steven Vella 49, Monroe was arrested by Patrolman William Kelly.  Vella turned himself in at Spring Lake Police Headquarters.  Vella was charged with contempt of court.

Patrolman Emmett Smith received a report of burglary and theft to a business in the 1300 block of Third Avenue.  Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski is assisting in the investigation.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Ocean Avenue near Sussex Avenue, Brandon Alexander 23, Toms River was arrested by Sergeant Sean Duggan.  Alexander was charged with driving while intoxicated as well as several other motor vehicle offenses.

Matthew Boyer 26, Oceanport was arrested by Sergeant Sean Duggan for defiant trespass in the area of the 000 block of Warren Avenue.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Third Avenue in the area of Washington Avenue, Donald Fewer 54, Colts Neck was arrested by Patrolman Michael Palmer.  Fewer was arrested for driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, as well as several other motor vehicle offences.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Warren Avenue near 5th Avenue, Irving Nieto-Perez 29, Jackson was arrested by Lieutenant Timothy Giblin.  Nieto-Perez was arrested based on active warrants out of other jurisdictions.

At Spring Lake Police Headquarters Maria Familia was arrested by Patrolman Emmett Smith.  Familia was arrested based on an active warrant out of another jurisdiction.
