Patrolman Matthew Phillips, Officer Joseph Liddy & Officer Tyler Vadas responded to the Brown Avenue Beach for a report of individuals stuck on the Jetty at the location.  Upon arrival Officers found the victims were actually having issues exiting the water.  Bystanders noticed the individuals having issue and assisted them out of the water prior to patrols arrival.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of burglary and theft from a vehicle parked in the 200 block of Monmouth Avenue.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Third Avenue in the area of Monroe Avenue, Graham Seiler 32, Underwood, WA was arrested by Officer William Noble.  Seiler was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia as well as several motor vehicle offences.

Officer Andrew Garrity received a report of burglary and theft from a residence in the 1100 block of Ocean Avenue.

Officer William Noble received a report of harassment from a victim in the 400 block of Worthington Avenue.

Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka received a report of attempted fraud from a resident in the 000 block of Warren Avenue.

Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski received a report of criminal trespass and theft from a residence in the 300 block of St. Clair Avenue.

Angel Medina-Herasme 32, Atlantic City was arrested in the 500 block of St. Clair Avenue by Sergeant Patrick Gilroy.  Medina-Herasme was charged with criminal trespass and criminal attempt, theft.

Officer Andrew Garrity received a report of fraud from a resident in the 100 block of Pitney Avenue.

Michael Zak 65, Spring Lake was arrested by Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka.  Zak was charged with simple assault.

Sergeant Sean Duggan received a report of fraud from a resident in the 100 block of Salem Avenue.  Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski is assisting in the investigation.

Michael Hagemann 27, Sussex was charged with breach of peace in the area of the 500 block of Jersey Avenue by Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka.
