Officer William Noble received a report of theft from a business in the 1300 block of Third Avenue.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of burglary and criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 300 block of Morris Avenue.

Daniel Myers 26, Middletown was arrested by Sergeant Patrick Gilroy.  Myers was charged with eluding, obstructing administration of law, as well as several other motor vehicle violations.  Myers was identified as the operator of a vehicle Sgt. Gilroy attempted to stop on November 13th.  Patrolman Matthew Phillips and the Middletown Police Department assisted in the investigation.

Alexander Steen 78, Cambria CA was arrested by Patrolman Matthew Phillips in the 1100 block of Third Avenue.  Steen was charged with one count of attempted shoplifting and two counts of theft.  Through investigation Steen was found to be in possession of merchandise from businesses in the 1200 & 1300 block of Third Avenue.  Ptl. Ryan Reiff assisted with the arrest.

Sergeant Patrick Gilroy attempted to make a motor vehicle stop on a vehicle in the area of St. Clair Avenue and Third Avenue.  The operator refused to stop.  Patrolman Matthew Phillips and the Middletown Police Department are assisting in the investigation.

Sergeant Patrick Gilroy responded to the 100 block of Mercer Avenue for a report of a dispute.

Patrolman Emmett Smith received a report of fraud from an individual at Spring Lake Police Headquarters.

Patrolman James Heine received a report of a dispute in the 500 block of Warren Avenue.

Sergeant Patrick Gilroy received a report of harassment from an individual at Spring Lake Police Headquarters.

Sergeant Patrick Gilroy received a report of theft from a residence in the 100 block of Pitney Avenue.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of a dispute in the 400 block of Mercer Avenue.

Officer William Noble received a report of a stolen bicycle in the 400 block of Tuttle Avenue.

In the 1200 block of Third Avenue, Maria Palker 68, Essex Fells was arrested by Sergeant Timothy Moran.  Through investigation Palker was charged with two counts of shoplifting.  One for an incident that was reported on October 20th and the second that occurred on this date.  Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka assisted with the arrest.

In the 400 block of Mercer Avenue, David Leyh 48, Spring Lake was arrested by Patrolman Sean Duggan.  Leyh was charged with one count of simple assault.
