Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the 400 block of Fourth Avenue, Robert Petraglia 49, Middletown was arrested by Patrolman Emmett Smith. Petraglia was arrested based on active warrants out of other jurisdictions.

Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski received a report of fraud from a resident in the 400 block of Salem Avenue.

Patrolman Michael Palmer received a report of vandalism in the 000 of South Boulevard.

Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka received a report of theft from an individual in the 1200 block of Third Avenue.

Patrolman Jeffrey Algor received a report of burglary and theft to a motor vehicle in the 200 block of Essex Avenue.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips responded to the 300 block of Worthington Avenue for a report of theft.  Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski is assisting in the investigation.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle accident investigation, Alexa Giannella 21, Jackson, was arrested by Patrolman Matthew Phillips.  Giannella was charged with driving while intoxicated.  The accident occurred in the area of Fourth Avenue and the Railroad Tracks.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle in the 400 block of Ludlow Avenue.

Patrolman William Kelly received a report of fraud from a resident in the 100 block of Madison Avenue.

Patrolman Emmett received a report of fraud from a business owner in the 1400 block of Third Avenue.
