Sergeant Patrick Gilroy received a report of harassment from a resident in the 400 block of Ludlow Avenue.  Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski is assisting.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Arthur Belem 27, Danbury CT, was arrested by Patrolman Emmett Smith.  Belem was arrested based on active warrants out of other jurisdictions.

Patrolman Emmett Smith received a report of fraud from a victim in the 400 block of St. Clair Avenue.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the 400 block of Ludlow Avenue, Christine Sims 45, Spring Lake was arrested by Patrolman Ryan Reiff.  Sims was arrested based on active warrants out of other jurisdictions.

J.R. Stanton 59, Asbury Park was arrested by Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski.  Stanton was charged with passing a bad check at a business in the 1300 block of Third Avenue on November 10, 2017.  At time of arrest Stanton was found to have other active warrants out of other jurisdictions.  Stanton was transported to Monmouth County Correctional Institution in default of bail.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of identity theft from an individual in the 500 block of Brighton Avenue.

Patrolman Michael Palmer responded to the 1100 block of Third Avenue for a dispute.

Patrolman William Kelly received a report of a suspicious person in the 300 block of Essex Avenue.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of criminal mischief in the 000 block of Passaic Avenue.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the 2300 block of Third Avenue, Joshua Williams 25, Wall was arrested by Patrolman Emmett Smith.  Williams was arrested based on an active warrant out of the Borough of Spring Lake.
