Thomas Byrne 50, Brick was arrested by Ptl. Michael Palmer and charged with operating under the influence.

Ptl. Emmett Smith received a report of Lewdness on the boardwalk in the area of Lorraine Avenue.

Ptl. Emmett Smith received a report of burglary and theft from a garage in the 100 block of Union Avenue.

Robert Albright 63, Belmar was arrested by Ptl Emmett Smith and charged with driving while under the influence.

Cole Truax 23, Howell was arrested by Ptl. James Heine and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.  Sarah Ingram 21, Howell was arrested by Ptl. James Heine and charged with allowing to operate a motor vehicle without interlock device.

Kieran Driscoll 22, Sea Girt was arrested by Sgt. Robert Zoino for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, suspected to be under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.

Gerard Smallstey 23, Belleville was arrested by S.O. Bowen based on an outstanding warrant out of another agency.

Jonathan Hauck 33, Chicago was arrested by Ptl. Heine and charged with breach of peace, dress undress in public, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest in the area of the South End Pavilion.

Ptl. Michael Palmer received a report of vandalism to the wall on the beach at Remsen Avenue

Marucci Park, two male juveniles, one from Belmar and one from Manasquan were arrested by Ptl. Emmett Smith.  Both were charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, suspected to be under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.  Both juveniles were released to a guardian pending action by the Monmouth County Family Court.
