Patrolman Emmett Smith received a report of harassment from a resident in the 400 block of Jersey Avenue.

Patrolman William Kelly received a report of harassment from a business in the 1300 block of Third Avenue.

Sergeant Timothy Moran received a report of harassment in the 500 block of Warren Avenue.

Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski received a report of identity theft / fraud from a resident in the 400 block of Ludlow Avenue.

Patrolman Ryan Reiff received a report of theft from a resident in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue.

Patrolman Emmett Smith received a report of vandalism in the 2500 block Ocean Avenue.

Patrolman James Heine received a report of vandalism in the 300 block of Second Avenue.

Patrolman Michael Palmer and Sergeant Timothy Moran responded to a report of a vehicle on the railroad tracks near the Ocean Road crossing.  Officers found that the operator was unfamiliar with the area and made a wrong turn.  Vehicle became stuck on the tracks.  Vehicle was removed without incident and all parties were not injured.

Changa Jones 21, Neptune was arrested by Patrolman William Kelly.  Jones was charged with simple assault and criminal mischief based on an incident that occurred on December 7th.  Jones was transferred to Monmouth County Correction Institution in default of bail.

Patrolman William Kelly and Sergeant Timothy Moran responded to Salem Avenue Beach for a report of a vehicle stuck.  Vehicle was removed without incident and operator was issued several motor vehicle summons.

Sergeant Patrick Gilroy received a report of simple assault and criminal mischief in the 900 block of Ocean Avenue.

Karen Zulli 45, Spring Lake Heights was arrested by Sergeant Patrick Gilroy in the 500 block of Warren Avenue.  Zulli was charged with driving while intoxicated as well as other motor vehicle violations.
