Ptl. James Heine & Ptl. Emmett Smith placed a 16 year old male into custody at Shore Road and the Railroad Tracks for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believe to be under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.  The juvenile was released to a guardian pending action by the family court.
