Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Jonathan Baran, 37 Avon and Francine Windley, 35 Brick were arrested by Lieutenant Timothy Giblin.  Baran was charged with three (3) counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, two (2) counts of possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia and possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana.  Windleywas charged with  two (2) counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, two (2) counts of possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia and possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana.
Sergeant Patrick Gilroy received a report of burglary, theft and criminal mischief to a motor vehicle in the 1400 block of Ocean Avenue. Â Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski is investigating.
