Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Jason Halczak 19, Warminster PA was arrested by Patrolman Matthew Phillips on Second Avenue near the intersection of Salem Avenue. Â Halczak was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia, as well as a motor vehicle offense.
