Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka arrested a 17 year old male for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of controlled dangerous paraphernalia. Â The juvenile was released to the custody of his guardian pending action of the family court.
