Ptl. Emmett Smith received a report of theft from a business in the 1300 block of Third Avenue.  Det. Christopher Kucinski is investigating.

Scott Goldberg 33, Brick was arrested by Ptl. Michael Palmer and Ptl. Emmett Smith.  Goldberg was charged with defiant trespass and theft from a residence in the 100 block of Washington Avenue.  Det. Christopher Kucinski assisted in the investigation (November 24th).

Det. Christopher Kucinski received a report of suspicious activity at a construction site in the 100 block of Washington Avenue.

Sgt. Timothy Moran & Ptl. Ryan Reiff responded to the 300 block of South Boulevard for a dispute.

Ptl. Emmett Smith received a report of a attempted fraud from a resident in the 400 block of Sussex Avenue.  The resident reported that and individual contacted her on her home telephone claiming to be from the Internal Revenue Service.  Ptl. Sgt. Timothy Moran & Ptl. William Kelly responded to the Spring Lake Train Station for a report of a disturbance on the train.

Det. Christopher Kucinski received a report of fraud from a resident in the 100 block of Atlantic Avenue.

Sgt. Patrick Gilroy received a report of attempted fraud from a resident in the 300 block of St. Clair Avenue.

Gregory O’Gara 48, Aberdeen was arrested by Ptl. William Kelly.  O’Gara was charged with driving while intoxicated as well as other motor vehicle offenses.  Ptl. James Heine assisted with the arrest.

Ptl. Emmett received a report of harassment from a resident from the 400 block of Shore Road.

Ptl. Emmett Smith received a report of fraud from a resident in the 100 block of Mercer Avenue.
