At Spring Lake Police Headquarters, Patrolman James Heine received a report of fraud.

At Spring Lake Police Headquarters, Patrolman Jeffrey Poland received a report of terrostic threats.

November 5th

A 14 year old juvenile male from Brielle was taken into custody by Patrolman Emmett Smith.  The juvenile was found to be in possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana.  The juvenile was released to a guardian and paperwork was forwarded to the Monmouth County Family Court for further.

A 15 year old juvenile female from Sea Girt was taken into custody by Patrolman Emmett Smith.  The juvenile was found to be in possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana.  The juvenile was released to a guardian and paperwork was forwarded to the Monmouth County Family Court for further.

A 17 year old juvenile male from Wall Township was taken into custody by Patrolman Emmett Smith.  The juvenile was found to be in possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana.  The juvenile was released to a guardian and paperwork was forwarded to the Monmouth County Family Court for further.

November 4th

Patrolman Sean Duggan received a report of a theft from the area of the South End Pavilion.

October 30th

Patrolman Sean Duggan received a report of criminal mischief to a residence in the 100 block of Monroe Avenue.  Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski is assisting in the investigation.

October 28th

Patrolman Emmett Smith received a report of fraud from a business in the 1100 block of Third Avenue.  Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinksi is investigating.

October 23rd

Patrolman Sean Duggan received a report of harassment from a resident in the 400 block of Atlantic Avenue.

October 22nd

Subsequent to investigation, Eugene Marion 19, Middletown was arrested by Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski.  Marion was charged with two counts of burglary, two counts of theft, and one count of criminal mischief.  Marion was charged in reference to the burglaries to the Brown Avenue Concession Stand and the Marucci Park Little League Shack.

October 15th

Robert Sherry 85, Spring Lake was arrested by Patrolman Michael Palmer.  Sherry was charge with two counts of simple assault, and one count of harassment.

October 8th

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Ashley Sculthorpe 24, Howell was arrested by Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka based on active warrants out of other jurisdictions.
