Subsequent to investigation, Eugene Marion 19, Middletown was arrested by Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski. Â Marion was charged with two counts of burglary, two counts of theft, and one count of criminal mischief. Â Marion was charged in reference to the burglaries to the Brown Avenue Concession Stand and the Marucci Park Little League Shack.
