SL 5 Kids Race – 2022

a4a4e5221754fb46ddf97c7a4e02b215On May 27th, the Friends of Spring Lake 5 will be hosting the Spring Lake 5’s Kids Race.  The event is held on Ocean Avenue near the area of the South End Pavilion. The event is open to children up to 14 years of age.

Ocean Avenue will be closed to traffic and parking from Sussex Avenue south to Sea Girt boarder for the Kids Race.

Possessing an alcoholic beverage in public is illegal and will be strictly enforced with a summons being issued.

Patrolman William Kelly responded to the 400 block of Tuttle Avenue for a report of suspicious persons.

Patrolman Jeffrey Algor received a report of a dispute in the 2200 block of Second Avenue.

April 27th

Patrolman Emmett Smith received a report of a harrassment in the 300 block of Passaic Avenue

April 22nd

In the 500 block of Brighton Avenue, Ganaliel Chavez 35, Spring Lake was arrested by Patrolman William Noble.  Chavez was charged with simple assault and contempt of court.

April 16th

Patrolman William Noble received a report of harassment from a victim in the 400 block of Tuttle Avenue.

April 14th

Patrolman James Heine responded to the 400 block of Ocean Road for a report of harassment.

Patrolman William Noble received a report of a suspicious incident in the 300 block of Passaic Avenue.

Patrolman William Noble received a report of attempted fraud from a victim in the 700 block of Ocean Avenue.
