Speed limit changed to 15 M.P.H.

The speed limit in the Third Avenue Business District has been reduced.  It been changed to 15 M.P.H. on Third Avenue between Passaic Avenue & Madison Avenue.  It was also change to 15 M.P.H. on Morris Avenue between Third Avenue & Fourth Avenue.
