Officer Ian Davis received a report of theft from a property in the 100 block of St. Clair Avenue.

Patrolman William Kelly received a report of theft of a bicycle from the 000 block of Vroom Avenue.

Sergeant Anthony Ploskonka received a report of burglary and theft of a bicycle from a garage in the 1100 block of Ocean Avenue.

Patrolman Emmett Smith received a report of vandalism to a property in the 2100 block of Third Avenue.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the 2500 block of Ocean Avenue, Isaac Cooper 48, Newark was arrested by Patrolman Emmett Smith.  Cooper was arrested based on an active warrant out of another jurisdiction.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the 2500 block of Ocean Avenue,  Craig Wingate 58, Newark was arrested by Patrolman Emmett Smith.  Wingate was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of a controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia as well as motor vehicle offenses.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of burglary and theft to two vehicles parked in the driveway of a residence in the 100 block of Jersey Avenue.

Patrolman Sean Duggan received a report of a theft of a bicycle from the 200 block of Lorraine Avenue

Officer William Noble received a report of trespassing on a property in the 200 block of Remsen Avenue.

Patrolman Jeffrey Algor received a report of a theft of a bicycle from a garage in the 000 block of Tuttle Avenue.

Officer William Noble received a report of theft from the front of a residence in the 100 block of Howell Avenue.

A 17 year old male from Wall Township was taken into custody on Worthington Avenue Beach by Patrolman Jeffrey Algor.  The juvenile was taken into custody for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana.  The juvenile was released to a guardian pending action by the Monmouth County Family Court.  Officer William Flockhart assisted in the investigation.

Patrolman Sean Duggan responded to the 400 block of Fifth for a reported dispute.

Kevin Drum 25, Asbury Park was arrested by Officer Harry Cuttrell based on an outstanding warrant out of another jurisdiction.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of a dispute in the 000 block of First Avenue.

Patrolman Jeffrey Algor responded to the 400 block of Morris for a report of an attempted telephone scam.

Patrolman William Kelly responded to the area of the 100 block of East Lake for a dispute.

Patrolman Emmett Smith received a report of harassment in the 1300 block of Third Avenue.

Patrolman James Heine received a report of theft from the area of Essex Avenue Beach.
