Officer William Noble responded to the 1900 block of Fourth Avenue for a dispute.

 

UPDATED: Christopher Fanellii 23, Keyport was arrested in the 400 block of Jersey Avenue by Patrolman Ryan Reiff.  Investigation revealed that Fanelli had proceeds from recent car burglaries in Spring Lake and Belmar.  Fanelli was charged with Eight (8) counts of theft, eight (8) counts of burglary, two (2) counts of receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be a schedule IV narcotic, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana, and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.  Patrolman Emmett Smith, Officer William Noble and Detective Christopher Kucinski assisted in the arrest.

 

 

July 24th

Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski received a report of theft of service from a business in the 400 block of Warren Avenue.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of fraud from a resident in the 400 block of Warren Avenue.

July 8th

Jerzy Lewczuk 48, Medford, NY was arrested by Officer Joseph Liddy in the 500 block of Warren Avenue.  Lewczuk was charged with simple assault and criminal mischief.

Miguel Miranda Rojas 40, East Elmhurst, NY was arrested byPatrolman Jeffrey Algor in the 500 block of Warren Avenue.  Miranda Rojas was charged with simple assault and criminal mischief.

Patrolman Michael Palmer and Patrolman Jeffrey Algor were dispatched to the area of Salem Avenue Beach for a report of  a swimmer in distress.  Upon arrival patrols found the victim was rescued by Manasquan Fire Rescue Marine who were training in the area.  The subject was transport to Manasquan Coast Guard Station for transport to Jersey Shore Medical Center as a precaution.
