Madison Lombardi 19, Brielle was arrested by Sgt. Anthony Ploskonka.  Lombardi was charged with  charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle in possession of a controlled dangerous substance, driving while intoxicated, and refusal to submit to breath samples, as well as other motor vehicle offenses.  Three juveniles were also taken into custody and later released to a guardian.
