Patrolman Sean Duggan responded to the 400 block of Atlantic for a dispute.
Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the 000 block of Pitney Avenue, Jonathan Fernandez-Solano 32, Philadelphia, PA was arrested by Officer William Noble. Â Fernandez-Solano was arrested based on an active warrant out of another jurisdiction.
