Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, John Stone 27, Lakehurst was arrested by Patrolman Matthew Phillips. Â Stone was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia and driving while intoxicated.
