Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Justin Testino 28, Matawan was arrested by Patrolman James Heine. Â Testino was charged with driving while intoxicated as well as other motor vehicle offenses.
Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Atanasia Gutierrez 44, Annapolis, MD was arrested by Patrolman Ryan Reiff. Â Gutierrez was arrested based on an outstanding warrant out of another agency.
