Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Cindy Diamaria 47, Wyckoff was arrested by Patrolman William Kelly based on an outstanding warrant out of another jurisdiction.
John Puchalski 18, Freehold was arrested on the Boardwalk near the area of Union Avenue by Patrolman William Kelly. Â Pulchalski was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana as well as possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia. Â Officer Ian Davis assisted in the arrest.
