Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Catherine Clark 28, Spring Lake was arrested by Patrolman William Kelly based on an outstanding warrant out of another jurisdiction.
Patrolman William Kelly received a report of theft of a bicycle from a garage in the 100 block of Newark Avenue. Â Located at the scene was a bicycle that was reported stolen on July 22nd.
Officer Harry Cuttrell received a report of theft of a bicycle from the area of the South End Pavilion.
