Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Ocean Avenue in the area of Washington Avenue Megan Callanan 30, Belmar was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Liddy. Callanan was charged with driving while intoxicated as well a several other motor vehicle offenses.
