Patrolman Emmett Smith received a report of fraud from a business in the 500 block of Warren Avenue.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle accident investigation, Laurie Cooper 59, Point Pleasant was arrested by Patrolman Emmett Smith. Cooper was charged with driving while under the influence as well as several other motor vehicle offenses.
