In the 1500 block of Ocean Avenue, Philip Tartaglia 23, Mohegan Lake, NY was arrested by Patrolman Jeffrey Algor. Â Tartaglia was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of controlled dangerous paraphernalia.
Officer Andrew Garrity received a report of criminal mischief in the 000 block of Warren Avenue.

In the 200 block of Mercer Avenue, Dylan Parenty 22, Eatontown was arrested by Patrolman Sean Duggan. Â Parenty was charged with one count of Breach of Peace, one count of Criminal Mischief, and one count of Defiant Trespass.
