Patrolman Jeffrey Algor received a report of theft from a victim in the 700 block of Ocean Avenue.

Patrolman Emmett Smith responded to the area of Essex Avenue beach for a report of an injured mammal. Upon arrival the mammal was back in the ocean and appeared in order.

The public is warned not to approach stranded mammals on the beach. If located please contact the Spring Lake Police (732)449-1234 and the Marine Mammal Stranding Center at their 24 hour hotline at (609) 266-0538. 

Patrolman Joseph Liddy reported criminal mischief in the 1700 block of Ocean Avenue.

A group soliciting in the 600 block of First Avenue was located by Patrolman Joseph Liddy.

Patrolman William Kelly responded to the area of Marucci Park for a report of criminal mischief.

Patrolman William Noble responded to the 300 block of Passaic Avenue for a dispute.
