May 22nd

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the area of Third Avenue and St. Clair Avenue Andrew Lyon, 28 of Point Pleasant was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Liddy. Lyon was charged with one count of resisting arrest, one count of disorderly conduct, one count of breach of peace, driving while intoxicated as well as several motor vehicle offenses.

Patrolman Ryan Reiff responded to the 300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue for a report of a stolen motor vehicle.

Patrolman James Heine responded to the 400 block of Sussex Avenue for a report of a stolen motor vehicle.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Ocean Avenue in the area of Essex Avenue, Erick Rojas-Rodriguez, 27 of East Orange was arrested by Patrolman Ryan Reiff. Rojas-Rodriguez was arrested based on an active warrant out of another jurisdiction.

May 14th

Patrols were dispatched to the 100 block of Monmouth Avenue for a report of an individual attempting to enter a residence. Robert Cavallero, 23 of Farmingdale was identified and arrested by Patrolman Joseph Liddy. Cavallero was charged with one count of criminal mischief and one count of breach of peace.

May 13th

Patrolman Matthew Phillips responded to the 300 block of Salem Avenue for a report of burglary and theft to a motor vehicle.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of theft from a motor vehicle in the 100 block of Washington Avenue.

May 7th

Subsequent to an investigation, Nicole Diana was charged with one count of forgery and one count of theft. The charges are from an incident reported to this agency in January of 2020. Patrolman James Heine and Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski completed the investigation.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the area of Washington Avenue and Fifth Avenue, Natasha Gilhooly 37, Spring Lake was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Liddy. Gilhooly was arrested based on a warrant out of another jurisdiction.

May 5th

Patrolman Matthew Phillips responded to the 200 block of Tuttle Avenue for a report of burglary and theft from a motor vehicle.

Patrolman Joseph Liddy responded to the area of the Spring Lake Train Station for a report of criminal mischief.
