Patrolman Matthew Phillips responded to the 300 block of Worthington Avenue for a report of theft.  Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski is assisting in the investigation.

Patrolman Emmett Smith received a report of theft from a resident in the 1400 block of Fourth Avenue.  Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski is assisting in the investigation.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle accident investigation, Alexa Giannella 21, Jackson, was arrested by Patrolman Matthew Phillips.  Giannella was charged with driving while intoxicated.  The accident occurred in the area of Fourth Avenue and the Railroad Tracks.

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop, Arthur Belem 27, Danbury CT, was arrested by Patrolman Emmett Smith.  Belem was arrested based on active warrants out of other jurisdictions.
