Patrolman Jeffrey Algor received a report of burglary and theft from a vehicle int he 100 block of Tuttle Avenue.

Officer Joseph Liddy received a report of burglary and theft to a from a vehicle in the 100 block of Lorraine Avenue.

Officer Tyler Mahon received a report of theft of a bicycle from the area of the North End Pavilion.

Omar Hernandez 36, Orange was arrested by Sergeant Patrick Gilroy in 000 block of Ocean Avenue.  Hernandez was charged with assault on a police officer and breach of peace.  Patrolman Michael Palmer and Officer Jeffrey Lewandowski assisted.

Jorge Bollera 28, Orange was charged with breach of peace by Patrolman Michael Palmer in the 000 block of Ocean Avenue.

Officer Joseph Liddy received a report of theft by deception from a victim in the 400 block of Ocean Road.

Shane Fitzgerald 25, Belmar was taken into custody by Officer William Noble at Belmar Police Headquarters.  Fitzgerald was arrested based on an active warrant out of Spring Lake.

Officer Andrew Baier received a report of theft from the area of the North End Pavilion.

Officer Robert Dawson received a report of theft from the area of Washington Avenue Beach.

Officer William Noble responded to the 1900 block of Fourth Avenue for a dispute.

UPDATED: Christopher Fanellii 23, Keyport was arrested in the 400 block of Jersey Avenue by Patrolman Ryan Reiff.  Investigation revealed that Fanelli had proceeds from recent car burglaries in Spring Lake and Belmar.  Fanelli was charged with Eight (8) counts of theft, eight (8) counts of burglary, two (2) counts of receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be a schedule IV narcotic, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana, and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.  Patrolman Emmett Smith, Officer William Noble and Detective Christopher Kucinski assisted in the arrest.

Patrolman William Kelly received a report of harassment from a victim that walked into Spring Lake Police Headquarters.

Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski received a report of theft of service from a business in the 400 block of Warren Avenue.

Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski received a report of theft of service from a business the 400 block of Warren Avenue.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of fraud from a resident in the 400 block of Warren Avenue.

Patrolman Jeffrey Algor responded to the area of the South End Pavilion for a report of harassment.
