Patrolman James Heine responded to the area of Atlantic Avenue and the Railroad Tracks for a report of a motor vehicle stuck on the tracks. No injuries were reported and the vehicle was removed without incident. Investigation handled by NJ Transit Police.

After a complete investigation, Kathleen Campion 50, Belmar was arrested by Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski. Campion was charged with fraudulent use of a credit card, obtaining a credit card by fraud, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, as well as a active warrant out of another jurisdiction.
February 20th
Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the 1800 block of Ocean Avenue, Kenneth Taylor 62, Hazlet, was arrested by Patrolman Jeffrey Algor. Taylor was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana as well as possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.

In the area of the 200 block of Essex Avenue, Baustista Bonet 61, Belmar was arrested by Patrolman Jeffrey Algor. Bonet was arrested based on active warrants out of other jurisdictions.

Domantas Cincius 19, Spring Lake Heights was arrested in the 2200 block of Third Avenue by Patrolman Emmett Smith. Cincius was arrested based on active warrants out of another jurisdiction.
