Patrolman William Kelly received a report of criminal mischief in the area of the South End Pavilion.

December 21st

Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Third Avenue in the area of Pitney Avenue, Kerry Simmons 21, Neptune was arrested by Patrolman William Noble. Simmons was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, believed to be under 50 grams of marijuana.

Patrolman William Noble received a report of identity theft and theft from a resident in the 400 block of Jersey Avenue.

Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski received a report of theft of service from a resident in the 100 block of Madison Avenue.

Patrolman William Kelly responded to the area of the Spring Lake Train Station for a reported dispute.

Patrolman Jeffrey Algor received a report of fraud and theft from a resident in the 400 block of Jersey Avenue.

December 15th

Patrolman William Kelly responded to the 500 block of Warren Avenue for a reported dispute.

Patrolman William Kelly responded to the 200 block of Monmouth Avenue for a dispute.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a complaint of attempted fraud from a business in the 1100 block of Third Avenue.

December 9th

Patrolman William Noble received a report of attempted fraud from a resident in the 300 block of Tuttle Avenue.

December 8th

Patrolman James Heine received an animal complaint from a resident in the 400 block of Fourth Avenue.

Patrolman Emmett Smith and Patrolman Jeffrey Algor responded to a report of a subject injured on the NJ Transit Railroad Tracks in the area of Sussex Avenue. Upon arrival officer located a subject with a leg injury from a fall. Trains were delayed while the subject was removed from the tracks and transported to the hospital for treatment. NJ Transit Police are handling the investigation.
