Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski received a report of theft from a residence in the 000 block of York Avenue.

August 6th

William Richards 39, Toms River was arrested by Sergeant Patrick Gilroy. Richards was charged with resisting arrest-eluding, as well as several other motor vehicle offenses. The charges are based on a complete investigation into attempted motor vehicle stop on August 2nd.

aUGUST 5TH

Patrolman Emmett Smith received a report of fraud and identity theft from resident in the 400 block of Mercer Avenue.

August 2nd

Patrolman Joseph Liddy received a report of a dispute in the 1400 block of Third Avenue.

Patrolman Jeffrey Algor responded to the 400 block of Atlantic Avenue for a neighbor dispute.

Patrolman Jeffrey Algor received a report of attempted fraud from a resident in the 300 block of St. Clair Avenue.

Patrolman Joseph Liddy responded to the 1500 block of Ocean Avenue for a dispute.

Patrolman Matthew Phillips received a report of fraud and identity theft from a resident in the 400 block of Central Avenue.

Sergeant Patrick Gilroy attempted a motor vehicle stop of a vehicle traveling in the area of Fifth Avenue and Warren Avenue. Vehicle refused to stop, investigation continuing.

July 31st

Patrolman William Kelly received a report of a hit and run accident and criminal mischief to a residence in the 2100 block of Edgewood Place.

July 30th

Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski received a report of theft by deception from a resident in the 500 block of Ludlow Avenue.

Patrolman Ryan Reiff observed criminal mischief to the gazebo at Washington Avenue Boardwalk.

July 27th

Officer Julia Cutolo received a report of theft from a victim in the area of St. Clair Avenue Beach.

Patrolman William Noble received a report of theft from a business in the 1300 block of Third Avenue.

July 26th

Patrolman Jeffrey Algor responded to the 500 block of Morris Avenue for a report of a stolen motor vehicle. Vehicle was located shortly after in Newark. Investigation continuing.

july 24th

Officer Harry Cuttrell received a report of criminal mischief from a business in the 1100 block of Third Avenue.

Patrolman William Kelly responded to a residence in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue for a dispute.
