Subsequent to a motor vehicle stop On Third Avenue near the intersection of Worthington Avenue, Claire Faviano 55, Brick was arrested by Patrolman Jeffrey Algor. Faviano was charged with driving while intoxicated as well as several other motor vehicle offenses.
