Daniel Tholen 33, Forked River, was arrested by Sgt. Steven Blecki in the 1500 block of Ocean Avenue. Â Tholen was charged with harassment and criminal mischief.
Thomas Sherwood 28, Lake Como was arrested by Ptl. James Heine based on a warrant out of another jurisdiction.
