Step 1: Go to Registration Page
Visit the official portal link to begin your account setup:

Step 2: Create Profile
Choose one of the two methods to initialize your profile:
Option A: Single Sign-On (SSO) — Recommended
The fastest and easiest way is to sign in using your existing Google, Facebook, or X account. Proceed to Step 3 after completion.
Option B: Manual Registration
Click Register to set up a new profile, then complete the details form:
- Add your details to the Create an Account form.
- Tick the privacy statement and complete the CAPTCHA check.
- Click Next (the button turns blue when all mandatory fields are filled).
- Select your preferred contact method to receive a verification code, enter the code, and click Next.
Step 3: Add Alert Preferences & Location
Complete the following sections inside your dashboard:
A. Device Details
Click Add Device. Select your device type (SMS, Voice, or Email), input your contact info, adjust privacy toggles if desired, and click Add.
B. Location Details
Click Add Address. Use the map interface or search box to pinpoint your location precisely. Drag the pin if necessary and click Add.
C. Groups
Select optional community notification groups or specific emergency alerts (such as Flash Flood Warnings) relevant to your locality.
