Patrols responded to the 100 block of Ludlow Avenue for a report of a male peering through windows of a residence. Fabio Roldan 31, West Long Branch was identified and arrested by Patrolman JeffreyAlgor. Roldan was charged with one count of criminal trespass and one count of breach of peace.
