Patrolman James Heine received a report of criminal mischief to a residence in the 400 block of Ludlow Avenue.
A 50 year old male was arrested by Detective Sergeant Christopher Kucinski and charged with criminal mischief and trespassing on the dunes. Â The charges stem from an investigation that began on March 15th.
