Patrolman William Kelly received a report of attempted identification theft and attempted fraud from a resident in the 000 block of Madison Avenue.

While performing a check of Marucci Park Patrolman Matthew Phillips located a juvenile from Neptune in possession of alcohol.  The juvenile was released to his parents pending action by the family court.
