On April 29, 2017 @ 10:00 am, Jersey Shore Runners Club will hold it’s annual Lake Como 5K .  The event will start near 16th Avenue in Lake Como and travel through Spring Lake.

The race will travel through Spring Lake on Third Avenue, Monroe Avenue,  Pitney Avenue, South Boulevard, Ocean Avenue , Prospect Avenue & Howell Avenue.  Portions or all of these roads may be closed or traffic may be diverted during the event.
